Kevin started his career as a CPA working on real estate investment trusts & private equity at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2018, he transitioned to New Land Enterprises where he works as a Controller & Asset Manager. At New Land Enterprises, he has worked on projects such as QOFs, crystallizations & the world's tallest mass timber building Ascent. He has a BBA in Accounting/Real Estate & an MSPA with a tax concentration from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

Michael comes with decades of experience starting with the operations of his brokerage Vera Resident Real Estate. Mike gained the name "Mr. Duplex" for his vast number of sales of duplexes & small multifamily properties. Mike recently launched Fund it Realty which is an asset-based lending platform for non-traditional real estate. He has a BS in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point.

Gina started her career as a Human Resources Specialist working at Fiserv Inc where she found her passion for helping & assisting others. At Fiserv Inc, She guided thousands of internal associates on the proper usage of benefits & operational processes. Gina later joined Johnson Controls Inc where she was a Total Rewards Consultant. She has a BS in Psychology & a MS in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
